Who you are buying from

ClarityLearn is the digital training arm of Clarity Care, ABN 68 612 424 310, PO Box 3436, Mandurah East WA 6210. You can reach us at learn@claritycare.com.au or 0410 560 769.

What you are buying

One-time purchases of self-paced online courses and digital tools. There is no subscription and no ongoing fee.

Our courses are non-accredited professional development. They are not nationally recognised training, they do not lead to a qualification or unit of competency under the Australian Qualifications Framework, and they do not replace a formal qualification where one is required. The certificate you receive records that you completed a ClarityLearn course.

What our courses are, and what they are not

Our courses and tools are a training and administration aid. They are not legal, human resources, financial, industrial relations or clinical advice, and they are not a substitute for it. For anything outside routine practice, get advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Where a course or tool refers to legislation, standards, award rates, NDIS pricing or clinical guidance, we date-stamp the content and check it against the official source at the time of publication. Rules change. Before you rely on a figure or a rule in a decision that carries legal or financial consequence, check it against the current official source.

Prices, GST and tax invoices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. If you need a tax invoice, email learn@claritycare.com.au and we will issue one.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Access

Access is granted to the account used at purchase, immediately after payment clears. You keep access to the course you bought for as long as we offer it. If we retire a course, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email so you can download your certificate and any resources first.

We update course content as rules and practice change. Updates to a course you already own cost you nothing.

Your licence to use the material

A single purchase is a licence for one named person. Please do not share your login, and do not copy, resell, upload to another learning system or otherwise redistribute our course material or tools.

Provider licences cover the number of workers stated in your licence. If your worker numbers grow past that, contact us and we will adjust the licence.

Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first. Nothing on this page removes or limits them. For purchases under $100,000 including GST, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a course or tool is faulty, is not as described, is not fit for the purpose we said it was for, or was not supplied with due care and skill. No policy of ours can take that away.

If something is wrong with a course. Email us and tell us what happened. We will fix it, replace it or refund you, depending on how serious the problem is. We aim to reply within two business days.

If you change your mind. We will refund an individual course purchase within 14 days of payment if you have completed less than 20 per cent of it and have not downloaded the certificate. This is a goodwill policy on top of your legal rights, not a replacement for them. Once a course is substantially completed or the certificate has been issued, we cannot refund a change of mind, because the product has been used.

Provider licences. Contact us within 14 days of purchase, before you enrol any workers, and we will refund in full. Once workers are enrolled, we will work out a fair pro rata refund with you.

Duplicate or accidental purchases. Tell us and we will refund in full, no questions asked.

Refunds are returned to the card used for the purchase and usually land within 5 to 10 business days.

Complaints

Email learn@claritycare.com.au and tell us what went wrong. If we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you can contact the ACCC, or Consumer Protection at the WA Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.

We collect the minimum information we need to sell to you and support you. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
