Training licences for NDIS providers

A focused catalogue of self-paced online courses, mapped to what NDIS providers have to evidence, with completion records for your audit file. One annual licence for your organisation, not a price per seat. Built and reviewed by an AHPRA-registered NDIS and DVA provider in Mandurah.

Free download: the NDIS Worker Training Evidence Matrix

Before you buy anything from us, work out what you actually have to evidence. This is the list we built for our own workforce: every training area mapped to where the requirement comes from, who in your team needs it, and what cannot be done online at all. It also says plainly which module is the only legally mandatory one, and where the Commission gives it to you free.

Three pages. No email required.

The problem

Keeping every worker current on manual handling, infection control, medication, safeguarding and the rest is a standing job, more so with the turnover this sector runs at. Building it in-house eats time you do not have. Sending people to external courses is slow and expensive. And when an auditor asks you to show workforce capability, the evidence is usually scattered across inboxes, a filing cabinet and somebody’s memory.

We had the same problem. Clarity Care is an NDIS and DVA provider in Mandurah, and we built this for our own workforce before we sold it to anyone.

What your licence includes

  • The whole catalogue. Every course we publish, for every worker you cover, for the whole licence year.
  • A manager view. Your nominated group leader sees who has started, who is partway and who has finished.
  • Downloadable completion records. Per worker, dated, ready for your quality and audit file. Yours to keep.
  • Content updates during the year. When the underlying rules change we update the course, bump the version and re-date it. You get the current version, not the one you bought.
  • New starters covered. Add and remove workers as your roster changes, up to your band.
  • New courses included. Anything we publish during your licence year is added to your access at no extra cost.

Pricing

One flat annual fee for your organisation. The whole catalogue, all inclusions above. Prices are in AUD and include GST, so the figure below is what you pay.

Training one or two people rather than a team? Individual courses are still a one-time purchase at $49 each, no subscription. Nothing about that has changed.

Why our pricing looks different

Most organisation training plans sell you a block of seats. If you have twelve workers and the smallest block is twenty, you pay for twenty. We price by band against the workers you actually have, which is why our licence usually costs a small provider less.

We are also not the biggest catalogue on the market, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every course we publish is there because it maps to something you have to evidence. If you want two hundred courses, buy two hundred courses. If you want the ones that will come up in an audit, that is what this is.

How it works

  1. Tell us roughly how many workers you need to cover. We invoice for the matching band.
  2. We set up your group and make your nominated manager the group leader.
  3. Your team logs in and works through the courses at their own pace, with a short knowledge quiz at the end of each one.
  4. Your manager tracks progress and downloads completion records whenever you need them.
  5. We contact you before renewal. If anything material changed in the rules during your year, we will tell you what we updated.

Licence terms in brief

Stated here so you can read them before you commit, not after.

  • The licence runs twelve months from the day we activate your group.
  • It covers up to the number of workers in your band. Within that number you can add and remove people as your roster changes.
  • If you grow past your band mid-year, tell us and we invoice the difference pro rata for the rest of the year. No penalty.
  • Courses we publish during your licence year are added to your access at no extra cost.
  • We update courses when the underlying rules change. Each course carries a version and a review date so you can see how current it is.
  • At the end of the twelve months you renew or you do not. There is no penalty, and nothing rolls over automatically without your say-so.
  • If you do not renew, your team’s course access ends. Completion records you have already downloaded stay yours. Download what you need before the licence lapses, and we will remind you before it does.

What this is, and what it is not

These courses help you evidence your workforce’s training against the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. They are training and records. They do not by themselves make your organisation compliant, and they are not a substitute for your own policies, supervision, or qualified legal, HR or clinical advice.

The courses are non-accredited. They are not nationally recognised training, they are not a formal qualification, and they do not carry CPD points. We do not hold an RTO registration and we do not claim one.

Three things you will get elsewhere, and we would rather say so up front: the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, which the Commission provides free; first aid and CPR, which need in-person assessment through an RTO; and participant-specific high intensity supports, which need supervised clinical sign-off.

Online theory is not the whole of every requirement. Manual handling and medication in particular still need a workplace practical or sign-off from someone competent.

Every course is reviewed and approved by an AHPRA-registered clinician and carries a version and a review date so you can see how current it is.

If a course is not as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund that part of your licence. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase and cannot be excluded or limited by anything on this page.

Why Clarity Learn

Clarity Learn is the digital arm of Clarity Care, an AHPRA-registered NDIS and DVA provider in Mandurah, Western Australia. The courses are written by people who deliver these supports here, and reviewed by a registered clinician. That is the whole pitch. We are not a content mill, we are a provider that got tired of the available options.

Frequently asked

Can our manager see who has finished?

Yes. The group leader view shows each person’s progress and completion, and you can download the records at any time.

How often does training need refreshing?

It depends on the topic, and it is your call. Infection control is the one most commonly expected to be refreshed rather than done once. Your licence includes content updates during the year, so you decide your own refresher cycle and the material stays current underneath it.

Are the courses accredited or worth CPD points?

No. They are non-accredited professional training. We do not claim accreditation or CPD recognition we do not hold.

What if we grow past our band mid-year?

Tell us and we will invoice the difference pro rata for the remainder of your licence year. No penalty.

Can we buy just a few courses for a team?

The licence covers the whole catalogue because splitting it out costs you more and saves us nothing. If your team needs one or two topics only, individual purchases at $49 each may work out cheaper. We will tell you which is better for your numbers.

Do you cover aged care or allied health?

Much of the catalogue applies to any care team, and several courses are written that way. Aged care specific content is on our roadmap rather than live today. Ask us what is in it.
