Frequently asked questions

Are Clarity Learn courses accredited?
No. They’re practical, non-accredited refresher courses — professional development to help you stay current. They don’t confer a formal qualification, accreditation or CPD points.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When you finish a course — including its short knowledge quiz — you receive a Certificate of Completion showing your name, the course and the date, which you can download and keep.
Who are the courses for?
Australia’s care and allied health workforce — support workers, recovery coaches, community nurses, allied health assistants and the teams around them, across NDIS, aged care and community health.
How long does a course take?
Each one is short and self-paced — usually an hour or two. Study on any device, whenever suits your roster; there’s no fixed timetable.
How much does a course cost?
Most courses are $49 as a one-time purchase. Positive Behaviour Support is $79, and the NDIS Code of Conduct refresher is free. No subscription and no lock-in.
How long do I have access?
Your access doesn’t expire. You can log back in and refresh whenever you need to.
Can I train my whole team?
Yes. Email us at learn@claritycare.com.au and we’ll help set up access for your staff. Team pricing is on the way.
How do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?
You pay securely online by card at checkout. Your purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
What if I change my mind or a course isn’t as described?
You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If something isn’t right, email learn@claritycare.com.au and we’ll sort it out.
How current and accurate is the content?
Every course is built from authoritative sources — the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission guidance, FSANZ, IDDSI, ANZCOR and the standards relevant to each topic — cited in each lesson, and reviewed by Clarity Care’s AHPRA-registered clinician. We update courses when the underlying rules change.
Is the certificate proof of compliance?
It shows you completed the refresher. It’s a professional-development aid, not a substitute for your employer’s mandatory training or a formal qualification — always check your organisation’s own requirements.

Clarity Learn is the digital learning arm of Clarity Care. Courses are practical, non-accredited professional-development refreshers and do not confer a formal qualification, accreditation or CPD points. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase.
