Positive Behaviour Support Essentials for NDIS Teams

Positive Behaviour Support Essentials for NDIS Teams is practical, plain-English training for NDIS support workers, SIL staff, team leaders and supervisors. Across 8 lessons you’ll learn how positive behaviour support works, why behaviour happens, how to implement behaviour support plans, de-escalation skills, the rules on the five regulated restrictive practices, and the recording and reporting obligations that protect participants and workers — including a dedicated supervisor module.

Content is aligned to the NDIS Code of Conduct, the NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018 and current NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidance, with knowledge checks in every lesson.
